Account Eligibility & Registration
Players must be at least 21 years old and resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted. One account per person; duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

1 Definitions
"Platform" means the 15baji website accessible at https://15baji.org and all associated services, games, and tools made available to registered members. "We", "Us", and "15baji" refer to the operator of this platform. "You" and "Player" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the platform. "Account" means the personal registered account created by a player on the 15baji platform. "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's account at any given time, including deposited funds and any confirmed bonus credits that have met applicable wagering requirements. 2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Account Registration
Use of the 15baji platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a proxy for any third party.
- You do not currently hold another active or previously suspended 15baji account.
- You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 15baji or any of its game provider partners.
Each player may register exactly one account. 15baji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any pending withdrawal. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency
All transactions on the 15baji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not process transactions in foreign currencies, and all displayed amounts use the ৳ symbol (Taka). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

The minimum deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may apply to high-volume transactions. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of a confirmed request, subject to identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. 15baji does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket will only be credited to the registered mobile number associated with your 15baji account. Deposits from third-party mobile numbers will be returned and may trigger a security review. 15baji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
15baji offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Bonus offers are available to players aged 21 and above only.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balances and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be initiated.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
- 15baji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Any winnings derived from bonus funds that are found to have been obtained through bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of these terms will be voided and removed from the account balance.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct
All bets placed on the 15baji platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. The following general betting rules apply across all products:
- Bets are accepted and settled at the odds or game outcome determined at the time the bet is placed and confirmed by the system. No bet may be amended or cancelled after confirmation.
- In the event of a technical failure that prevents a game from completing, 15baji will apply its standard void-and-refund policy, returning the staked amount to the player's balance.
- For cricket betting markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). Any result subject to ongoing appeal will be settled only when a final official determination is made.
- 15baji reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a pricing error, data feed error, or obvious technical mistake has resulted in incorrect odds being offered.
- Maximum payout limits apply on a per-market basis and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 15baji is not obligated to pay any single win that exceeds the stated maximum payout for the relevant market.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 15baji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing, chip-dumping, or any other form of coordinated cheating.
- Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
- Allowing a minor (any person under the age of 21) to access your account or use the platform in any capacity.
- Transferring funds between player accounts, selling accounts, or engaging in any unauthorised commercial activity using the platform.
8 Responsible Gaming

- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
- Loss limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

- Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period of 24 hours to 30 days.
- Self-exclusion — permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without the express written consent of 15baji. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account termination and legal action.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 15baji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, interrupted connectivity, or server outages.
- Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment service providers.
- Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
15baji makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 15baji platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 15baji support at [email protected]. 15baji will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. 15baji's decision on matters of game settlement, account status, and bonus eligibility shall be final, subject only to demonstrable evidence of clear administrative error.
12 Amendments & Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on this platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 15baji with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to this subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 15baji's failure to enforce any right under these terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right.
